AGENDA Police and Fire Commission meeting Thursday December 4, 2025 100 W. Taft St. Palmyra Village Hall meeting room 6:00 p.m. Call to Order Roll Call Business 1. Discussion/possible action on the appointment of a chairperson. Approval of Minutes: August 7, 2025 2. You are hereby notified that the Police & Fire Commission of the Village of Palmyra will meet on Dec. 4, 2025, at the Palmyra Village Hall meeting room, 100 W. Taft St. at 6:00 p.m. At said time and place the Commission will convene into closed session. 3. After the meeting has been properly convened, the Chairperson will announce to all those present the purpose of the meeting and the fact that the Commission intends to convene in closed session for the above-delineated purposes. Upon motion duly made and seconded and acted upon by the majority of the members present as required under §19.85(1)(a), Stats., the closed session will take place. 4. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Police & Fire Commission of the Village of Palmyra may convene, upon passage of the proper motion, into Closed Session with staff, pursuant to §19.85(1)(c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. Specifically, to conduct interviews for a part time Public Safety Officer position and appointment of part time firefighter positions 5. The Commission will then reconvene into Open Session for purposes of potential additional discussion and/or action on matters discussed in closed session and adjournment.
