PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village Board of the Village of Palmyra may convene, upon passage of the proper motion, into Closed Session with staff, pursuant to §19.85(1)(e), Deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session. Specifically, the Village owned lands on Hwy H, parcel 171-0516- 2722-005, 171-0516-2814-000, 171-0516-2811-000, 171-0516-2722-000 owned by the Village. 2. Take further notice that the Village Board may convene into open session for further discussion related to matters discussed in closed session.
