EXECUTIVE SESSION 22-081 Discussion of employee classification and compensation study and process update as authorized by A.R.S. §38-431.03(A)(1). 22-089 Discussion or consultation with the Town’s Attorneys for legal advice and to consider the Town’s position regarding the following pending litigation: Town of Paradise Valley v. Gentree, LLC; Smoke Tree Resort, LLC; et al, Case No. CV2019-015736, Maricopa County Superior Court and In re: Gentree LLC (Debtor and Movant) v. The Mayor or Town Manager will present the long range meeting agenda schedule and announce major topics for the following meeting. Any member of the Council may move to have the Town Manager add a new agenda item to a future agenda.
