A motion was made by Mayor Shaigec that the July 4, 2017 Committee of the Whole meeting be cancelled. The motion carried unanimously. C. Chief Financial Officer C.1 RFD 17-139 Chief Financial Office Division Update Proposed Motion That the Chief Financial Office Division update be received for information, as presented. A motion was made by Committee Member McNab that the Chief Financial Office Division update be received for information, as presented. The motion carried unanimously. 4. DELEGATIONS 4.1 App 17-041 Public Input - 9:15 a.m. (10 minutes) Greg Zederayko, Parkland County resident, came forward with concerns regarding proposed amendments to the Land Use Bylaw regarding Outdoor Participation Recreation Services. Winston Childs, Parkland County resident, came forward with concerns regarding public engagement for the Wabamun Lake boat launch project. 4.2 App 17-040 9:30 a.m. Appointment TransAlta Tri Leisure Centre Annual Report (Graig Walsh, General Manager) Proposed Motion The TransAlta Tri Leisure Centre Annual Report be received for information, as presented. Graig Walsh, General Manager of the TransAlta Tri Leisure Centre, presented the TransAlta Tri Leisure Centre Annual Report. The motion carried unanimously. Recess Committee Chair Melnyk recessed the meeting at 10:02 a.m. and reconvened the meeting at 10:10 a.m. 6. NEW BUSINESS D. General Manager, Community Services D.1 RFD 17-144 Parks, Recreation and Culture Master Plan Proposed Motion(s) 1. That Council receive the Parks, Recreation and Culture Master Plan, in principle, as presented and; 2. That Administration be directed to develop Parks, Recreation and Culture Master Plan Implementation Strategies for consideration and decision through the Strategic Planning and Budget processes. A motion was made by Committee Member Jensen that the Parks, Recreation and Culture Master Plan be received in principle, as presented. The motion carried unanimously. A motion was made by Mayor Shaigec that the development of the Parks, Recreation and Culture Master Plan Implementation Strategies by Administration be tabled at this time. A motion was made by Mayor Shaigec that the Corporate Services Division update be received for information, as presented. The motion carried unanimously. F. A motion was made by Committee Member McNab that the Wabamun Lake Sub-Watershed Use Plan - Phase 4 Toolbox be referred to Administration for review to ensure it aligns with Council's Strategic Plan priorities. The motion carried unanimously. 7. COMMUNICATIONS 7.1 COM 17-045 AAMDC Member Bulletin Proposed Motion That the AAMDC Member Bulletin be received for information, as presented.
