That the February 18, 2020 Committee of the Whole meeting minutes be adopted, as presented. 2. That the Committee of the Whole approve authorization of electronic signature for the February 18, 2020 Committee of the Whole meeting minutes in accordance with Section 213 of the Municipal Government Act. Item 8.1 Rural Municipalities of Alberta Contact Newsletter That the Rural Municipalities of Alberta Contact Newsletter be received for information, as presented. Item 8.2 Federation of Canadian Municipalities Update That the Federation of Canadian Municipalities Update be received for information, as presented. The motion carried unanimously. NEW BUSINESS Chief Administrative Officer RFD 20-060 Villeneuve Landing Network Memorandum of Understanding and Funding Request Proposed Motions 1. That the Committee of the Whole receive the Villeneuve Landing Network Memorandum of Understanding and funding request for information, as presented. 2. That administration be directed to present the Villeneuve Landing Network Memorandum of Understanding and funding request to Council at the scheduled Council meeting on May 12, 2020. Administration presented the Villeneuve Landing Network Memorandum of Understanding and Funding Request. The item was deferred to later in the meeting to accommodate the scheduled Public Input at 9:15 a.m. DELEGATIONS App 20-011 Public Input - 9:15 a.m. (10 mins.) Committee Chair AnnLisa Jensen asked the virtual meeting gallery if there were any issues that the public wishes to bring to the attention of Parkland County. That the Committee of the Whole receive the Villeneuve Landing Network Memorandum of Understanding and funding request for information, as presented. 2. That administration be directed to present the Villeneuve Landing Network Memorandum of Understanding and funding request to Council at the scheduled Council meeting on May 12, 2020.
