MINUTES DECEMBER 30, 2024 SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING PARMA CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS 5:02 P.M. This Special Council Meeting was called to order by President of Council Vito Dipierro presiding. Yes: Shuman, Boyd, Casselberry, Divis, Euerle, Kussmaul, Lime. No: None; motion carried. Mr. Dipierro – Shall Rule 45 requiring reference to committee be dispensed with and Ordinance No. 216-24, Resolution No. 217-24 and Resolution No. 218-24 be placed on final passage? Yes: Shuman, Boyd, Casselberry, Divis, Euerle, Kussmaul, Lime. CASSELBERRY (SPECIA L MEETING) (By Request – Auditor) AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE 2024 PERMANENT APPROPRIATIONS OF THE CITY OF PARMA, OHIO, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY Auditor Day – Gave a brief explanation of permanent appropriations. Motion made by Councilman Casselberry seconded by Councilwoman Shuman to amend Ordinance No. 216-24 by accepting Exhibit “A”. Also, on page 10 of the exhibit change Fund #746 to #476. Motion carried. Motion made by Councilwoman Shuman seconded by Councilman Casselberry to adopt Ordinance No. 216-24 as amended. Yes: Shuman, Boyd, Casselberry, Divis, Euerle, Kussmaul, Lime. Motion made by Councilman Casselberry seconded by Councilwoman Shuman to amend Resolution No. 217-24 by accepting Exhibit “A”. Motion carried. Motion made by Councilwoman Lime seconded by Councilman Casselberry to adopt Resolution No. 217-24 as amended. Yes: Shuman, Boyd, Casselberry, Divis, Euerle, Kussmaul, Lime.
