MINUTES FEBRUARY 3,2025 COUNCIL MEETING PARMA COUNCIL CHAMBERS 6:30 P.M. The Regular Council Meeting was called to order by President of Council Vito Dipierro presiding. As we recognize Black History Month in 2025, we do so with a deep understanding that this is just not a time for reflection but also action. Black History Month is more than a celebration of achievement, it is a call to continue breaking barriers. It reminds us to support diversity and equitable inclusion policies, and making sure the next generation has access to the policies they deserve. As a city lets use this month to uplift voices that have long shaped our community to educate us on the past, and to commit to a more inclusive future.
