7. Order to approve and authorize repairs to the motor at the Center City Well by Griner
Drilling Service in the amount of $22,425.33. (quotes obtained)
8. Order to approve and authorize repairs to FD 7 by Mac Haik in the amount of $6,105.62.

9. Order to approve the military leave of Joseph Yonko from June 11, 2022 to June 25, 2022.
10. Order to adopt a Resolution to adjudicate the cost of cutting the grass at 2545 Highway 468
and assess the cost against the property on May 18, 2022.
11. Order to approve and authorize the purchase of chlorine cylinders from Harcros Chemicals,
in the amount of $9,900.00 (quotes obtained)
12. Order to approve the Memorandum of Agreement by and between, the Mississippi
Transportation Commission and the City of Pearl for the management of the culvert and
bridge project on US Hwy 80 and to authorize Mayor Windham to sign all related
documents.

13. Order to Adopt a Resolution of the Mayor and Board of Aldermen of the City of Pearl,
Mississippi finding and determining that a Resolution evidencing intent to issue a public
improvements limited obligation bond of the city for sale to the Mississippi Development
Bank was duly published as required by law and that no written protest or other objection of
any kind or character against the issuance of said bond has been filed by qualified electors
of said city; authorizing and directing the issuance of said bond in the aggregate principal
amount of not to exceed seven million dollars ($7,000,000) to provide funds for the
purposes and projects as defined herein, to include street improvements and water and
sewer system improvements, all as authorized by the laws of the state of Mississippi; and
for related purposes.
14. Order to Adopt a Resolution authorizing and directing the issuance and sale of a Public
Improvements Limited Obligation bond, Series 2022, of the City of Pearl, Mississippi, (The
“City”), to be dated the date of delivery thereof, in the principal amount of not to exceed
Seven Million Dollars ($7,000,000) (The “City Bond”); Approving the form of and
execution of a city bond purchase agreement for the sale of the city bond, and a Mississippi
Development Bank bond purchase agreement for the sale of not to exceed $7,000,000
Mississippi Development Bank Special Obligation Bond, Series 2022 (City of Pearl,
Mississippi Public Improvements Project) (The “Bank Bond”); Approving and Authorizing
the form of the city bond; Approving and Authorizing the form of the Indenture of Trust;
and Approving the form of and execution of the Intercept Agreement; Authorizing the
proper officers to do all other things deemed necessary or advisable in connection with the
issuance and sale of the city bond; and for related purposes.
15. Order to set public hearing for July 19, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. to determine whether or not that
certain parcel of real property owned by Amy Wilson Johnson and Roosevelt Johnson, Jr.,
and located at 171 Knight Rd, Pearl, Rankin County, Mississippi 39208, is in such a
condition or state as to be unsightly and unkept or otherwise a menace to the public health
and safety of the community, and therefore, prohibited, pursuant to Chapter 24 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Pearl, Mississippi and Section 21-19-11 of the Mississippi
Code of 1972, as Amended.
16. Order to set public hearing for July 19, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. to determine whether or not that
certain parcel of real property owned by George T. Roland and located at 236 Knight Rd,
Pearl, Rankin County, Mississippi 39208, is in such a condition or state as to be unsightly
and unkept or otherwise a menace to the public health and safety of the community, and
therefore, prohibited, pursuant to Chapter 24 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Pearl,
Mississippi and Section 21-19-11 of the Mississippi Code of 1972, as Amended.
17. Order to approve and authorize Contract Change Order Number Six (6) between the City of
Pearl and Clear River Construction Company, Inc., for Pearl Parks and Rec. Phase II, and to
authorize Mayor Windham to sign all related documents.
18. Order to approve and authorize payment to Clear River Construction Co., Inc., in the
amount of $230,579.08, for the Parks & Recreation Construction Project Phase II: City Park
Improvements. (Estimate #20)
