Order to approve and authorize the police officers identified on the proposed part-time work schedule for July, 2022, which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, the use of the official Pearl Police Department uniform and official Pearl Police Department duty weapon and finding that the proposed employment is not likely to bring disrepute to the City of Pearl, or the Pearl Police Department, the officers at issue, or law enforcement generally, and that the use of the official uniform and weapon in the discharge of the officer’s private security endeavor promotes the public interest of the City of Pearl. 8. Order to adopt a Resolution to adjudicate the cost of cutting the grass at 5450 Highway 80 on June 13, 2022 and assess the cost against the property. 9. Order to adopt a Resolution to adjudicate the cost of cutting the grass at 119 Hill Circle on June 13, 2022 and assess the cost against the property. 10. Order to adopt a Resolution to adjudicate the cost of cutting the grass at 3462 Janet Street on June 13, 2022 and assess the cost against the property. 11. Order to approve and authorize payment of Contractor’s Estimate #5 from Hemphill Construction Company for $660,925.81 for March 1 - May 31, 2022 on Pearl-Richland Intermodal Connector (002). 80% will be reimbursed to the City from MDOT. 17. Order to approve and authorize payment Contractor’s Estimate #2 from T. L. Wallace Construction for $270,564.28 on Pearl-Richland Intermodal Connector Bridge Project. 80% will be reimbursed by MDOT; remaining 20% will be paid by Senate Bill 2969 funds. 18. Order to approve the application for DPS Justice Assistance Grant to assist Police Department in purchasing updated vests, omega plates and helmets for SWAT and to authorize Mayor Windham to sign the same. 19. Order to approve and authorize the write off of inactive water/sewer/garbage accounts as uncollectible and to send the same to Advanced Recovery Systems, Inc. for collection. 20. Order to approve the Contract for Legal Services by and between the City of Pearl, Mississippi and Brendan Sartin and to authorize Mayor Windham to sign the same.
