1. Approval/corrections of Minutes of the Regular Meeting, July 19, 2022.
2. Approval of the claims docket for July 19, 2022 to August 2, 2022.
3. Approval of garbage exemption applications and renewals.
4. Approval of authorization to travel
5. Approval of wage increases.
6. Approval of Supplemental Agreement #1 from T. L. Wallace Construction, Inc. for $68,400
for Excess Excavation on the Pearl-Richland Intermodal Connector Bridge project.
7. Order to approve the Professional Services Agreement for consulting services, by and
between, Retail Strategies, L.L.C., and the City of Pearl and to authorize Mayor Windham
to sign the same.
8. Purchase replacement parts and repair damaged LPRs. $6327.80
9. Order to approve and authorize the purchase of a Buffalo Turbine Blower from Beard
Equipment Company in the amount of $9100.00
10. Order to approve and authorize the purchase of a Zero Turn Mower from Revell Outdoor in
the amount of 10696.80. This is for the golf course.
11. Order to approve and authorize the purchase of a Zero Turn Mower from Revell Outdoor in
the amount of $10696.80. This is for Parks and Rec.
12. Patrick W. Rollins and located at 125 Lodi Drive, Pearl, Rankin County, Mississippi.

14. Approval of Contractor’s Estimate #6 from Hemphill Construction Company for
$277,705.58 for June 1-30, 2022 work on the Pearl-Richland Intermodal Connector. 100%
reimbursed by MDOT & Senate Bill appropriations.
15. Authorization to accept $500,000 appropriation from the Department of Finance and
Administration House Bill 1353, 2022 Legislative Session (Ware St. Extension), to allow
Mayor Windham to sign MOU and all related documents, and to open bank account for
same.
16. Authorization to accept $2,000,000 appropriation from the Department of Finance and
Administration House Bill 1353, 2022 Legislative Session (Pearl-Richland Intermodal
Bridge), to allow Mayor Windham to sign MOU and all related documents, and to open
bank account for same.
17. Accept donation of used office furniture from Ensafe, Inc., Ridgeland, MS
18. Order to adopt an Amendment to the Alcohol Ordinance.
19. Order to adopt a Resolution authorizing the City Clerk and Mayor Windham to create an
additional checking account for the purpose of the Series 2022 Bond Proceeds (“Use” Tax)
and to authorize Mayor Windham, City Clerk, and Alderman McHenry to sign all related
documents.
21. Order to approve and authorize payment to Barnard & Sons Construction, LLC, in the
amount of $180,883.59, for the Parks & Recreation Construction Project Baseball &
Softball Fields. (Estimate #24)
22. Order to approve and authorize Contract Change Order Number Six (6) between the City of
Pearl and Barnard & Sons Construction, LLC, for Parks & Recreation Construction Project
Baseball & Softball Fields and to authorize Mayor Windham to sign all related documents.
23. Order to approve and authorize the purchase of a Crash Data Retrieval Kit for vehicle
download. (Sole Source $31,000.00).
24. Order to accept the proposal of PATH Company, LLC, for energy efficient services.
PUBLIC HEARINGS
1. Consider request by Lois Hardy and Hardy Applicants to Rezone portions of Parcels
G09G-17-10, G09H-23-10, and G09H-30 from R-E (Residential Estates) to C-2 (General
Commercial).
2. Consider Amending the Official Zoning Map, the Official Zoning Language, Official Land
Use Plan and the Floodplain Ordinance.
