Order to approve and authorize the purchase of Chlorine Cylinders for Center City - Patton Dr - Belaire Dr - Eldarado Rd $7,920.00. (Quote attached) 8. Order to approve the payment to the Rankin County Football League in the amount of $5285.24. This includes both tackle and flag officiating fees. 9. Approve Emergency Purchase of HVAC unit for Fire Station 3 located at 718 Old Whitfield Road in the amount of $7,500.00. 10. Order to approve the registration fees for basketball. Order to approve and authorize payment to Clear River Construction Co., Inc., in the amount of $115,541.37 for the Parks & Recreation Construction Project Phase II: City Park Improvements. Order to approve and authorize budget amendment for the City of Pearl, Mississippi, for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2021 and ending September 30, 2022, budget equals actual. 17. Order to approve the Municipal Compliance Questionnaire for the City of Pearl, Mississippi, for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2021 and ending September 30, 2022, and to authorize Mayor Windham and City Clerk to sign the same. 18. Order to set public hearing for October 4, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. to determine whether or not that certain parcel of real property owned by Charlene McLaurin and Patrick D. Parker, and located at 207 Johnson Avenue, Pearl, Rankin County, Mississippi 39208, is in such a condition or state as to be unsightly and unkept or otherwise a menace to the public health and safety of the community, and therefore, prohibited, pursuant to Chapter 24 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Pearl, Mississippi and Section 21-19-11 of the Mississippi Code of 1972, as Amended. GENERAL BUSINESS 1. Consider approval of wage increase for police officers and firemen, as budgeted for FY2023. This increase does not include any Chiefs or Assistant Chiefs of Police or Fire. 2. Consider approval of wage increase for city employees, as budgeted for FY2023, excluding police officers, firemen and any department heads. 3.
