7. Approval of February Engineer’s Estimate #14 from Pickering Firm, Inc. invoice for
$48,980.78 on the Pearl-Richland Intermodal Connector Bridge Project. 100% funded by
MDOT and Senate appropriations.
8. Approve and authorize Construction Engineering and Inspection Contract with Pickering
Firm, Inc. on the MPO Overlay Project STP-0191-00(027)LPA/109203-701000 and
authorize Mayor Windham to execute all documents.
9. Order to set public hearing for May 24, 2023 to determine whether or not a Conditional Use
Permit to allow Brighter Days Adult Day Care, LLC. to operate an adult day care facility at
309 Airport Rd, Ste B, Pearl, MS 39208 shall be granted.
10. Order to set public hearing for May 24, 2023 to determine whether or not a Conditional Use
Permit to allow Precision Auto & Diesel Performance, LLC. to operate an automotive repair
and accessories facility at 2025 Executive Drive, Pearl, MS 39208 shall be granted.
11. Order to adopt a Resolution to adjudicate the cost of cutting grass at the property at 5450
Highway 80 and assess the cost against the property.
12. Order to adopt a Resolution to adjudicate the cost of cutting grass at the property at 2728
Old Country Club Road and assess the cost against the property.
13. Order to adopt a Resolution to adjudicate the cost of cutting grass at the property at 120
Harle Circle and assess the cost against the property.
14. Order to adopt a Resolution to adjudicate the cost of cutting grass at the property at 2632

17. Order to approve and authorize the purchase Palo Alto Cortex XDR Pro SaaS for malware,
exploits and file-less attacks utilizing AI-driven local analysis and behavior-based threat
detection to prevent attacks in real-time in the amount of $7,414.00. This is a budgeted
item.

18. Order to approve entering into a lease to own agreement, with one dollar buy out at the end
of term, for the Konica Minolta C558, in City Hall, at $145.00 a month for 24 months and
authorize Mayor Windham to sign all related documents.
19. Approval of April Contractor’s Estimate #10 from T. L. Wallace Construction Company for
$364,735.67 on the Pearl-Richland Intermodal Connector Bridge Project (100% funded by
MDOT and Senate Bill funds.)
20. Approval of April Pay App #7 from Hemphill Construction Company for $401,071.47
relating to the SE Sanitary Sewer Project Phase I (100% ARPA/MCWI Funded)
21. Order to approve entering into an Agreement by and between, the City of Pearl and MCC
Mississippi for (1) Digital Postage System in the amount of $141.31 monthly for 60 months
and to authorize Mayor Windham to sign all related documents.
22. Order to approve and authorize payment to Clear River Construction Co., Inc., in the
amount of $4,644.81, for the Parks & Recreation Construction Project Phase III: Soccer
Concessions. (Estimate #12)
23. Order to approve and authorize the purchase of 1 CAN-AM Defender side by side to be
used for EMS standby’s and events. EMSOF Grant Funds will be used for entire purchase.

24. Order to set public hearing for June 6 2023, at 6:00 p.m. to consider Amendment to the
Official Zoning Ordinance of the City of Pearl, Mississippi.
