Order to set public hearing for July 18, 2023 to determine whether or not a Conditional Use Permit to allow Casey Shows to build a 40x60 metal accessory building at 3512 Longstreet Drive, Pearl, MS 39208 shall be granted. Casey Shows appeared at the hearing on his behalf. Community Development Director, Brad Robertson recommended the conditional use should be granted as long as the building could not be seen from the street or by any neighboring homes. Motion was made by Alderman Gill and seconded by Alderman Williams to accept the Community Development Director's recommendation and grant the Conditional Use Permit to allow Casey Shows to build a 40x60 metal accessory building at 3512 Longstreet Drive, Pearl, MS 39208.
