Village Trustee Kamal Eldahry – Nothing to Report. Village Trustee McGreal – Nothing to Report. Village Trustee Otondi – Pelham Fire Department Report for the month of September. Total of 80 calls; 20 alarms, 44 EMS. Pelham Manor sent their ladder to Pelham while the ladder was out of service. Mutual aid was provided to Pelham Manor as needed. The Fire Department was present at the Toonerville concert. Several Fire Personnel participated in training. Lt. Bellantoni has been visiting facilities and will be arranging to visit the elementary schools soon to talk about Fire Prevention Month. As a reminder to the public, check your smoke detectors and CO detectors. Village Trustee Solomon – Congratulations to the Chamber of Commerce on forming their new Board. Looking forward to working with them on the downtown. Deputy Mayor Carpenter – Nothing to Report. Item # 5 - Village Administrator’s Report: Held a project kick-off meeting with Container Pros to discuss upcoming delivery plan for the Toters. Also working on the tri-fold mailer to all households with a target date to be delivered in the middle of November. Now, therefore, be it resolved, that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Pelham hereby adopts Local Law No. 9 of 2022 to add a new Chapter 8 to the Pelham Village Code entitled “Videoconferencing of Public Meetings”; and Be it further resolved, that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Pelham directs the Village Clerk to prepare said Law for filing with the Secretary of State. Green Mountain Pipeline Services, LLC. $549,211.00 $249,800.00 2. Kenyon Pipeline Inspection, LLC. $576,362.00 $336,000.00 3. En-Tech Infrastructure, LLC. $763,680.00 $449,040.00 4. National Water Main Cleaning Company $747,420.35 $400,490.00 Whereas, the bids also included proposed costs for additional work above and beyond what was outlined in the Interim Sanitary Sewer Evaluation Study Report; and Whereas, the Village’s consulting Engineer and Village Administrator have determined that the lowest responsible bid that meets the requirements is Green Mountain Pipeline Services, LLC. Now, therefore, be it resolved, that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Pelham hereby awards Contract # 2022-02 Cured-in-Place Pipe Sewer Main Lining and Manhole Rehabilitation at the total base bid cost of five-hundred forty-nine thousand two-hundred and eleven dollars ($549,211.00) to Green Mountain Pipeline Services, LLC; and Be it further resolved, that the Village Administrator is hereby authorized to execute Contract # 2022-02 with said Green Mountain Pipeline Services, LLC., and to undertake administrative acts as may be required under said Agreement.
