Now, therefore, be it resolved, that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Pelham herein authorizes the Village Administrator to submit an application to the New York State CFA program for the Village of Pelham Downtown Zoning Update project; and Be it further resolved, that the Village of Pelham commits to the 10% match required by the New York State Department of State.
