AGENDA SUMMARY- PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING George Fina Building 314 Edmond Rd Northwest Monday, July 3rd, 2023 6:00pm MEMBERS PRESENT: Chairman Steve Bottkol, Vice Chairman Patrick Scott, Commissioner Kyle Cornman, and Commissioner Brock Garrison ABSENT: Commissioner Jennifer Ochoa STAFF PRESENT: City Manager Joshua Williams, City Attorney Daniel McClure, and City Secretary Morgan Clark 1. CALL TO ORDER- Chairman Steve Bottkol called the meeting to order at 6:04pm 2. ROLL CALL- City Secretary Morgan Clark called roll and a quorum was present. 3. CONSENT AGENDA- All items on the consent agenda are non-controversial and may be approved by one motion for items. A. Approval of Regular Meeting Minutes on June 5th, 2023. B. Approval of Special Meeting Minutes on June 20th, 2023. Vice Chairman Patrick Scott made a motion to approve all items on the consent agenda. Commissioner Kyle Cornman seconded this motion. Derek Turner spoke on behalf of STK and went over the preliminary plat for Autumn Chase III. Chairman Steve Bottkol closed public hearing without objection. A. Chairman Steve Bottkol made a motion to approve Item A with intentions of 6” road base and to bring back mountable curbs. Commissioner Kyle Cornman seconded this motion. VOTE WAS: AYE: Chairman Steve Bottkol, Vice Chairman Patrick Scott, Commissioner Brock Garrison, and Commissioner Kyle Cornman NAY: NONE 6. NEW BUSINESS “New Business,” as used herein shall mean any matter not known about or which could not have been reasonable foreseen prior to the time of posting. (25 O.S. 311 a9) Commissioner Brock Garrison brought to the Board’s attention that the meeting date is a week after City Council meetings. He suggested moving the meeting to the 2nd Monday of each month to give city staff more time to prepare for meetings. Chairman Steve Bottkol spoke about city staff giving the Board more time to review an agenda. 7. ADMINISTRATION REPORT NONE 8.
