TOWN OF PINE LEVEL MINUTES OF PINE LEVEL PLANNING BOARD DECEMBER 17, 2020 MEETING INFORMATION The Pine Level Planning Board met on Thursday, December 17, 2020 at 6:30 p.m. at the Pine Level Town Hall. The meeting was called to order by Chairman Randy Jones. OATH OF OFFICE Town Clerk Connie Capps administered the Oath of Office to the following: Trenton Broadwell, Kevin Kornegay, and Tonia Hill. MINUTES- September 24, 2020 Motion to approve- Berry Godwin Second- Terry Rains Vote- Unanimous DISCUSSION OF SUBDIVISIONS Chairman Randy Jones informed the board of future growth coming to Pine Level. He stated three subdivisions have been submitted (1) Pinecrest Subdivision (2) Emily Gardens Subdivision and (3) Country Store Road Subdivision. The subdivision review committee have met with the owners/developers to review their sketch plans. Zoning Administrator Scottie Hayes stated that the planning board would review all three sketch plans in January. MEETING ADJOURNED There being no further business to discuss, Terry Rains made a motion to adjourn the meeting and Trenton Broadwell seconded the motion. The motion passed by unanimous vote.
