Mayor's Youth Advisory Committee

MINUTES OF THE MANAGER’S YOUTH ADVISORY COMMITTEE, HELD SEPTEMBER 8TH, 2016 AT 7:00 IN THE TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS. Keala called the meeting to order at 7:00 Present: Caroline Goode, Sydney Crain, Danny West, Bailee Babbitt, Keala Bratsch, Josiah Goode, Skyla Rigg, Keith Johnson, and Matthew Williams Item#1: Welcome and Attendance: All members present except Deborah James and Natalie Campbell. Item #2: Approval of August 18th Minutes: Keala Motions Sydney Seconds Item #3: Town Council Meeting: We will be attending the September 15th Town Council meeting at 6:00 to take a picture with the mayor. Item #4: Upcoming Events: Cool Runnings is our next event on September 24th at 7:30. MYAC members need to be at Woodland Lake Park at 6:30 to help with sign ups, timing, and aid stations. The Trunk or Treat: Modifications include inflatables, costume contest, hay ride, and possibly a jack-o-lantern contest (next year) Next meeting will be on October 20th.
