MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE
MAYOR’S YOUTH ADVISORY COMMITTEE HELD ON
THURSDAY, DECEMBER 13, 2018 IN THE PINETOP-LAKESIDE TOWN
HALL LOCATED AT 325 W. WHITE MOUNTAIN BLVD.,
LAKESIDE, AZ 85929
A. Call to Order: Chairman Nate Campbell called the meeting to order
At 7:09 a.m.
Pledge of Allegiance: Nate Campbell led the Pledge of Allegiance.

B. Minutes:
Treasurer Goode moved to table the following minutes:
Mayor’s Youth Advisory Committee Regular Meeting November 8, 2018
The motion was seconded by Historian Rapacz and was carried with an 8-0 voice vote.
C. Old Business:
C.1 Discussion and Review of RAADR Presentation
Committee reported that no one had invited Ms. Rebecca Fraze to the meeting to present
the RAADR project because they wanted to perfect the presentation. Vice-Chairman West made
a powerpoint and sent it to MYAC members to have them check it. Committee decided that the
January meeting would be held in the council room to look extra presentable for Ms. Rebecca
Fraze.
D. New Business
D.1 Review and Discussion on Upcoming Events
Recreation Coordinator Spillman announced all of the upcoming events for the MYAC
committee for the year 2019.
E. Public Comments:
Chairman Nate Campbell called for public comments.
Mayor Irwin offered a public comment:
She thanked the committee for doing a wonderful job at the Christmas Tree Lighting.
Recreation Coordinator Spillman offered a public comment:
She also thanked the MYAC committee for helping.
F. Adjournment:
There being no further business at this time, the meeting was adjourned at 7:49 a.m.
