MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE MAYOR’S YOUTH ADVISORY COMMITTEE HELD ON THURSDAY, JULY 25, 2019 IN THE PINETOP-LAKESIDE TOWN HALL LOCATED AT 325 W. WHITE MOUNTAIN BLVD., LAKESIDE, AZ 85929 A. Call to Order: Vice Chair Rebekah James called the meeting to order At 7:08 a.m. Pledge of Allegiance: Vice Chair Rebekah led the Pledge of Allegiance. Roll Call: The following members were present: Olivia Everingham Member Paris Poppen Member Rebekah James Vice-Chai Quinton Lawler Member Also present: Malaina Spillman Recreation Coordinator Keith Johnson Town Manager B. Minutes: B.1 No Action taken due to lack of quorum. C. Old Business: - None D. New Business D.1 Review and Discussion of MYAC By-Laws. Committee Members reviewed the MYAC By-Laws. D.2 Review and Discussion of meeting criteria and training of Officers and Committee. Recreation Coordinator Spillman reviewed the meeting criteria with present members. Each Member read a portion of the criteria out aloud. D.3 Discussion and Legal Action Regarding MYAC FY2019-2020 meeting schedule. No Action was taken due to lack of quorum. D.4 Discussion and Approval of FY2019-2020 Goals, Priorities, Special Projects and Fundraising.  Update given by Vice Chair James regarding project RAADR and meeting with Dr. Wright. Committee will continue to working on RAADR, the next step will be to meet with Mr. Webb. D.5 Discussion Regarding Poster Board about Special Projects and Fundraising for Arizona League of Cities and Towns. Meeting on Thursday, August 15th at 4pm at Recreation Coordinator Spillman’s office to complete. E. Public Comments: Vice Chair James called for public comments. No public comments were offered. F.
