MAYOR’S YOUTH ADVISORY COMMITTEE HELD ON
THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 18, 2021
IN THE PINETOP-LAKESIDE TOWN HALL LOCATED

A. Call to Order: Vice Chairman Lawler called the meeting to order at 7:04 a.m.
Pledge of Allegiance: No Pledge of Allegiance was done.

B. Minutes:
B.1 Minutes of MYAC meeting held on October 14, 2021.
No action was taken as there was no quorum.
C. Old Business:
C.1 Discussion Regarding Serving Lunch at Pinetop-Lakeside Senior Center.
Malaina Spillman invited present members to assist Town Hall staff to serve lunch.
C.2 Discussion Regarding FY21-22 Goals and Priorities.
Item will be moved to December Agenda to further discuss. Vice Chairman Lawler will
continue to work with National Honor Society to get survey out.
D. New Business
D.1 Review and Discussion Regarding Christmas Tree Lighting.
Malaina Spillman invited all MYAC to participate in the tree lighting as elves.
D.2 Discussion and Legal Action for MYAC Participation in Town Council
Meeting.
No action taken as there was no quorum.
E. Public Comments:

F. Adjournment:
There being no further business at this time, the meeting was adjourned at 7:30 a.m. by
Vice Chairman Lawler.
