MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE
MAYOR’S YOUTH ADVISORY COMMITTEE HELD ON
THURSDAY, DECEMBER 9, 2021 IN THE PINETOP-LAKESIDE TOWN
HALL LOCATED AT 325 W. WHITE MOUNTAIN BLVD.,
LAKESIDE, AZ 85929
A. Call to Order: Chairman Landon Rigg called the meeting to order at 7:04 a.m.
Pledge of Allegiance: Chairman Landon Rigg led the Pledge of Allegiance.

B. Minutes:
B.1/B.2 Member Lawler moved to approve the following minutes:
Mayor’s Youth Advisory Committee Regular Meeting October 14, 2021 and the
Regular Meeting held on November 18, 2021
The motion was seconded by Member Eddy and was carried with a 6-0 voice
vote.
C. Old Business:
C.1 Discussion Regarding Serving Lunch at Pinetop Lakeside Senior Center
MYAC will serve lunch on December 9, 2021 and January 13, 2022
C.2 Discussion Regarding FY21-22 Goals and Priorities
MYAC discussed caroling at Haven and Solterra, and potentially the senior center
D. New Business
D.1 Discussion Regarding Survey.
The Town of Pinetop-Lakeside Youth Survey will be sent out to the student body
at Blue Ridge High School, to get the youth’s input on the goings on in the town, and to spark
the MYAC’s ideas for future projects.
D.2 Discussion and Legal Action for MYAC Participation in Town Council
Meeting
Member Lawler motioned to approve the MYAC participation in the town council
meeting held on January 20, at 6:00 pm.
The motion was seconded by member Parker Rigg and carried with a 6-0 voice
vote
E. Public Comments:
Mayor Irwin thanks the MYAC for their participation at the Tree Lighting Ceremony.
F. Adjournment:
There being no further business at this time, the meeting was adjourned at 7:40 a.m.
