MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE
MAYOR’S YOUTH ADVISORY COMMITTEE HELD ON
THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 3, 2022 IN THE PINETOP-LAKESIDE TOWN
HALL LOCATED AT 325 W. WHITE MOUNTAIN BLVD.,
LAKESIDE, AZ 85929
A. Call to Order: Chairman Landon Rigg called the meeting to order at 9:15 a.m.
Pledge of Allegiance: Chairman Landon Rigg led the Pledge of Allegiance.

The following members were present:

Also present:
Malaina Spillman Assistant to the Public Works Director
Keith Johnson Town Manager

B. Minutes:
B.1/B.2 Member P. Rigg moved to approve the following minutes:
Mayor’s Youth Advisory Committee Regular Meeting January 13, 2021.
The motion was seconded by Member Eddy and was carried with a 5-0 voice
vote.
C. Old Business:
C.1 Discussion & Training for MYAC Participation in Town Council Meeting.
MYAC will participate in the Town Council Meeting tonight at 6pm. Town
Clerk, Jill Akins went over the procedures and gave the members a script for the meeting.
MYAC members need to be at Town Hall by 5:45pm.
D. New Business
D.1 Discussion regarding serving lunch at Pinetop-Lakeside Senior Center.
MYAC members will not serve lunch today because of the 2 hour delay at school.
E. Public Comments:
None offered.
F. Adjournment:
There being no further business at this time, the meeting was adjourned at 9:37 a.m.
