The Pittsboro Board of Commissioners met in Special Meeting on Tuesday, November 3, 2022,
at 3:30 pm in the conference room at Chatham County Agricultural Center with Mayor Cindy Perry
presiding . The meeting was called to order at 3:34 pm.
ELECTED TOWN OFFICIALS PRESENT: Mayor Cindy S. Perry, Mayor Pro Tern Pamela
Baldwin , Commissioner John Bonitz, Commissioner Jay Farrell , Commissioner James Vose and
Commissioner Kyle Shipp.
TOWN STAFF PRESENT: HR Director Jennifer Eakes, Town Clerk Carrie Bailey.
Commissioner Shipp made a motion to enter Closed Session pursuant to N.C.G.S. § 143-
318.11. (a)(6), seconded by Commissioner Vose.
Vote: Aye-5 Nay-0 Motion carried unanimously.
CLOSED SESSION
The Board of Commissioners wish to hold a Closed Session pursuant to N.C.G.S. § 143-
318.11 . (a) (6) .
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Pro Tem Baldwin made a motion to exit close session, seconded by Commissioner
Shipp.
Vote: Aye-5 Nay-0 Motion passed unanimously.
Commissioner Shipp made a motion to adjourn at 5:12 pm, seconded by Commissioner
Bonitz.
Vote: Aye-5 Nay-0 Motion passed unanimously.
