MINUTES OF THE MEASURES H/L SALES TAX COMMITTEE MEETING OF NOVEMBER 4, 2019 (Mr. Warren): Recommendation by the Staff Liaison that the Measures H/L Sales Tax Committee approve the minutes of the Committee meeting held November 4, 2019. 6. STREETS, SEWER SYSTEM, AND WATER SYSTEM CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS (Ms. Neves) The City Engineer will present a brief update on major street, sewer system, and water system Capital Improvement Program (CIP) projects funded by Measure H and/or Measure L sales taxes. 7. MEASURE L FUND BUDGET LIQUIDATION AND APPROPRIATION (Ms. Neves) Recommendation by the City Engineer that the Measures H/L Sales Tax Committee approve the following recommendations to the City Council: 1. Approve a $525,000 budget liquidation from the Measure L Fund for the Broadway Maintenance Project-From Mosquito Road to Schnell School road (CIP #42003); and ________________________________________________________________________ Measures H/L Sales Tax Committee Meeting Page 2 Visit us on “The Web” at www.cityofplacerville.org  2. Approving a $425,000 budget appropriation from the Measure L Fund for the Upper Broadway Bike Lanes-Schnell School Road to Point View Drive project (CIP #41508-Including the Upper Broadway Pedestrian Connection); and 3. Approving a $100,000 budget appropriation from the Measure L Fund for the Storm Drain Replacement at the Intersection of Broadway and Schnell School Road (CIP #42004). 8. MEASURE H FUND AND MEASURE L FUND BUDGET LIQUIDATIONS AND APPROPRIATIONS (Ms. Neves) Recommendation by the City Engineer that the Measures H/L Sales Tax Committee approve certain Measure H Fund and Measure L Fund budget liquidation and appropriation recommendations to the City Council for the Mosquito Road Stabilization-Clay Street to City Limits project (CIP #41819). 9. UPCOMING ITEMS: Items tentatively scheduled for the next Committee meeting include: Measure H Fund Quarterly Financial Report as of September 30, 2019, Measure L Fund Quarterly Financial Report as of September 30, 2019, Streets, Sewer System.
