BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS & SAFETY Regular Meeting NOVEMBER 22, 2022 10:30 AM Pledge of Allegiance. The meeting was called to order by Mayor Lynch at 10:31 A.M. Members Present: Mayor Lynch, Joetta Collins, Jamie Lewis, and Stephanie Young-Johnson. Also, present was Clerk-Treasurer Nina Rivas and Attorney Whitten. MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS MEETING: Member Lewis made a motion to approve November 8 2022, minutes; Member Collins seconded the motion. Mayor Lynch requested input from the Board. Motion passed. 4 yes – 0 nays UNFINISHED BUSINESS: None. NEW BUSINESS: 2022 Paving Project – Change Order #3 Member Lewis made a motion to approve the request; Member Young-Johnson seconded the motion. Mayor Lynch requested input from the Board. Motion passed. 4 yes – 0 nays 2022 Paving – Pay App #4 Member Lewis made a motion to deny the permit application; Member Collins seconded the motion. Mayor Lynch requested input from the Board. Motion passed. 4 yes – 0 nays Approval of Police Vehicle Order Member Jamie made a motion to approve the request contingent upon coordination with the City; Member Collins seconded the motion.
