AGENDA Regular City Council Meeting City of Post Oak Bend, Texas Date/Time: Tuesday, December 14, 2021, at 7:00 pm Location: City Hall – 1175 CR 278 AGENDA ITEMS 1. Call to Order, Pledges of Allegiance 2. Roll Call 3. Citizen Comments: Citizens wishing to address the City Council must sign-in prior to the beginning of the meeting. Three (3) minutes are allowed per speaker on any item related to the City, including items listed on the agenda. Please note: The Texas Open Meetings Act prohibits council members from responding to the speaker regarding items not listed on the agenda. 4. Approval of Minutes 5. Financial Report for November – Councilmember Parker 6. Update on Part-Time City Code Inspector – Councilmember Sherrard 7. Presentation to Council by Clint Pugh and discussion regarding possible voluntary annexation of property. 8. Presentation to Council by New Hope Baptist Church and discussion regarding possible shared driveway/parking with city hall. 9. Presentation to Council by Jerry Frazier and discuss/take action regarding refund of building permit fees possibly charged in error. 10. Discuss possible future annexation of abandoned cemetery located on CR 279 across from intersection with Brooks Ln. 11. Discuss and take action on future use or disposal of plexiglass previously used as COVID barrier.  12. Discuss and take action on subscription to Quickbooks Online for city recordkeeping. 13. Discuss and take action on enforcement of Ordinances 34 and 34A (Solid Waste Contractors) – Billy McMahan 14. Discuss and take action on adoption of new city logo. 15. Discuss and approve renewal of Texas Municipal League membership. 16. Discuss and take action on repair or replacement of city printer. 17. Discuss and take action on need for tree trimming on roads. 18. Council requests for January agenda 19.
