AGENDA Regular City Council Meeting City of Post Oak Bend, Texas Date/Time: Tuesday, January 11, 2022, at 7:00 pm Location: City Hall – 1175 CR 278 AGENDA ITEMS 1. Call to Order, Pledges of Allegiance 2. Roll Call 3. Citizen Comments: Citizens wishing to address the City Council must sign-in prior to the beginning of the meeting. Three (3) minutes are allowed per speaker on any item related to the City, including items listed on the agenda. Please note: The Texas Open Meetings Act prohibits council members from responding to the speaker regarding items not listed on the agenda. 4. Approval of Minutes 5. City Secretary Update – Councilmember Parker 6. Financial Report for December – Councilmember Parker 7. Presentation to Council by Jerry Frazier and discuss/take action regarding refund of building permit fees possibly charged in error (tabled last month). 8. Request by Janna Prinz and Catherine McCreary for variance from City Ordinance 25 regarding the potential division of property located at 5688 CR 277 into two lots. 9. Discuss and take action if necessary on request by Janna Prinz and Catherine McCreary for variance from City Ordinance 25 regarding the potential division of property located at 5688 CR 277 into two lots. 10. Discuss and take action if necessary on potential citizen committee for local events – Mayor Novak 11. Discuss and take action if necessary on search for new city secretary. 12. Discuss and take action if necessary on adoption of new city logo.  13. Discuss and take action on resolution adopting the Kaufman County Hazard Mitigation Plan. 14. Discuss possible future annexation of abandoned cemetery located on CR 279 across from intersection with Brooks Ln. 15. Council requests for February agenda. 16.
