CITY OF PRESCOTT, WISCONSIN AUGUST 10, 2020 HEALTH & SAFETY COMMITTEE MINUTES Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of the Health & Safety committee was held, Monday, August 10, 2020, Municipal Building, 800 Borner Street, Prescott, WI 54021. Call to Order: Alderperson Gergen called the meeting to order at 5:30 pm. Members present include Maureen Otwell and Bailey Ruona. City Administrator Jayne Brand represented staff. Ruona/Otwell motion to approve minutes for March 16, 2020 passed without a negative voice vote. The committee reviewed the municipal refuse and recycling contract with Paul’s Industrial Garage. The committee discussed they would like to know if there are additional recycling choices. The committee would like to extend the contract with Paul’s Industrial Garage for one year and go out for a request for proposal early in 2021 for refuse and recycling for the city.
