CITY OF PRESCOTT, WISCONSIN SEPTEMBER 4 2018 PLAN COMMISSION MEETING MINUTES Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of the Plan Commission was held Tuesday, September 4, 2018, 800 Borner St., Prescott, WI 54021. Call to order/Roll Call: Mayor Hovel called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. Commissioners present were Steve Eggers, Connie Wenzel, Rob Daugherty and Lother Nawrocki. Todd Dolan, Kyle Warp and Dan Finley were excused. City Administrator Jayne Brand represented staff. Nawrocki/Wenzel motion to approve the minutes for July 2, 2018 passed without a negative voice vote. Brad Wilkens, Ron Reichert and Gary Augustine representing Select Senior Living of Prescott presented plans for an assisted living and memory care building. The proposal is for the project to be about 25% memory care and 75% assisted living. There will be just over 50 units. There will be a management team who will come in and run the building. This is a for profit business. They would like to start excavating the soils and doing the footings and foundation yet this fall. The Plan Commission was fine with allowing them to start the excavating of soils as long as they have erosion control in place. Daugherty/Wenzel motion to recommend approval of plans as presented for Select Senior Living of Prescott and allow for start of excavating provided erosion control measures are in place passed without a negative voice vote. Other Business: Commissioner Eggers informed the Commission the water runoff from No Name is going across the sidewalk. City staff was directed to work with the No Name on this issue.
