APPROVED 06/21/2021 SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES JUNE 10, 2021 THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE RICHMOND CITY COUNCIL WAS CALLED TO ORDER AT 6:02 P.M., ON THURSDAY, JUNE 10, 2021, BY MAYOR RIX. ROLL CALL Present: Allen, Greene, Misteravich, Reindel, Rix, Schultz, Warn Absent: None Others: City Manager Moore, City Clerk Stagl Visitors: None AUDIENCE PARTICIPATION None ADOPTION OF AGENDA Motion by Warn, seconded by Greene, to adopt the Agenda as presented. All yeas Motion passes ITEMS FOR CONSIDERATION None. COUNCIL COMMENTS Rix commented on the parking problem at Beebe Park during Little League Games. People attending the games were parking on Good Old Days property. May want to look at possibility of Skinner Drive in the future. CLOSED SESSION 1. Consideration of the Purchase of Real Property Motion by Greene, seconded by Allen, to convene into closed session in accordance with Section 8(d) of the Michigan Open Meeting Act, Public Act 267 of 1976, a s amended, to consider the purchase or lease of real property, as requested by Special Meeting: 06/10/2021 Page 1 of 2  APPROVED 06/21/2021 administration. A roll call vote was taken: All yeas (Greene, Misteravich, Reindel, Rix, Schultz Warn, Allen) Motion passes Council recessed at 6:07 to go into closed session. Council reconvened into open session at 6:44 pm.
