Consideration of Cost Sharing Agreement/MCDOR/33 Mile Road Motion by Allen, seconded by Warn, to approve the Cost Sharing Agreement with the Macomb County Department of Roads (MCDOR) to pave 33 Mile Road with the City paying 60% of the required local match with an additional $31,008.50 transferred from the General Fund-Fund balance into the Street Improvement Fund. Consideration of DIA inside-out program Motion by Reindel, supported by Warn, to approve Richmond’s participation in the DIA Inside Out Program and direct administration to offer the following locations for artwork in order of preference listed below. 1. Consideration of Board Appointments Motion by Misteravich, seconded by LaFore, to (re)appoint Mike Kaminski, to the Board of Zoning Appeals for a three (3)-year term with an expiration date of December 31, 2026. All yeas Motion passes Motion by Schultz, seconded by Allen, to confirm the Mayor’s (re)appointment of Marilyn Frank, to the Board of Review for a 3-year term with an expiration date of December 31, 2026. All yeas Motion passes Motion by Reindel, seconded by Warn, to (re)appoint Jeff DeBuck, Kevin Misch, and Theresa Olson, to the Personnel Board for a three (3)-year term with an expiration date of December 31, 2026. All yeas Motion passes MISCELLANEOUS MATTERS FROM THE CITY MANAGER Northern Macomb Regional Chamber of Commerce of Commerce networking meeting takes place on the first and third (1st and 3rd) Wednesday of the month. Richmond will be hosting the meeting on December 20 at 8am. Merry Christmas to all! COUNCIL COMMENTS Councilors extended their wishes for a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Mayor Rix announced the upcoming events: 12/21 Winter begins 12/25 First United Church of Christ is providing free Christmas dinner from 1pm- 3pm.
