Lois Wagner Memorial Library Board of Trustees Meeting (Approved) Monday, December 11th, 2023, 5:30 p.m. Present: Kiel, Maksymiuk, O’Neill, Robson, Stump Librarian: Julianne Kammer Absent: None Call to order: at 5:37 p.m. by Chairperson Maksymiuk Approval of agenda: Motion by O’Neill to approve December 2023 Agenda; all yes, motion carried. Public comments: None Approval of minutes: Motion by O’Neill to approve November 2023 Minutes; all yes, motion carried. Memorial/Gifts: On file. Financial Report: Revenue & Expenditure Report: On file. Library Funds Received & Spent: On file. Chairperson report: None Librarian report: On file Unfinished Business: None New Business: 2024/2025 FY Budget packets will distributed in January, and the budget will be completed in time for the February library board meeting. At least one board member will be needed to go over the budget ahead of time with the Director. Board would like to see information on library fines at the January meeting. Member comments: The Friends of the Library Cookie Sale was a success; thanks to all of the bakers for another great year.
