Public comments: none Approval of Minutes: Motion by O’Neill and support Robson to approve September 2021 minutes; all yes, approved. Memorial/Gifts: On file, October 2021 newsletter. Financial Report: Revenue & Expenditure Report for September: on file. Library Funds Received & Spend for September: on file Chairperson Report: none Librarian Report: on file Unfinished Business: none New Business: 2022 Library Calendar: Motion by Stump and support Steward to approve 2022 Calendar; all yes, approved. 2022 Library Board Meeting Dates: Motion by Stump and support by Robson to approve board meeting dates; all yes, approved. Director’s Evaluation: Motion by Stump and support by O’Neill to go into closed session; all yes, approved. Motion by Robson and support by O’Neill to return to open session; all yes, approved. Motion by Robson and support by O’Neill to approve the following summation for the Director’s Yearly Evaluation: We, as a board, agreed that Julianne Kammer's best achievement in 2021 was to manage the unprecedented challenges, changes, and procedural adjustments required by the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and staff turnover. The Director successfully and safely provided services to the community.  The Director's short and long term goals are appropriate and comprehensive, including but not limited to: 1) increased social media presence 2) increased programming as conditions allow 3) continued professional development for Director and staff 4) increased outreach to Richmond Township residents and 5) continued works towards a building renovation. Board Comments: Stump gave an update on the puzzle sale. Sales on that day were incredible and sales continue with puzzles on display in library. The Book Sale is October 20 – 23.
