Robson Call to Order: 5:30 pm by Chairperson S. Kiel Approval of Agenda: Motion by Stump to approve Agenda; all yes, motion passed Public Comments: None Approval of Minutes: Motion by Stump to approve January 2022 minutes; all yes, motion passed Financial Report: Revenue & Expenditure Report: on file Library Funds Received & Spent: on file Memorial/Gifts: February Newsletter Chairperson’s Report: None Librarian’s Report: On file Unfinished Business: None New Business: 2022/2023 FY Budget Kiel and O’Neill met with the director prior to the meeting to go over the budget in detail. Full budget packet is available to view; the director will keep a copy as well, should anyone want to review it in the future. Motion made by Stump, second by Kiel to accept the 2022/2023 FY budget as presented. All in favor. Public Comments: None Board Comments: Stump gave a Friends update; the next Jigsaw Puzzle Sale will be held on March 26th, and the Spring Book Sale will be held April 20th-23rd.
