Chairperson report: None Librarian report: On file Unfinished Business: None New Business: Election of Officers Motion by Robson to nominate board members to board positions as follows: Maksymiuk, Chair; Stump, Vice-Chair; Kiel, Recording Secretary; O’Neill, Corresponding Secretary; Robson, Trustee. All yes, approved. Motion by Stump to elect board members to board positions as stated in nomination motion; all yes, approved. 2024 Library Board Meeting Dates Motion by O’Neill to approve the proposed 2024 Library Board meeting dates; all yes, motion passed. Director’s Evaluation Board members to fill out director evaluation sheets in preparation for the October 2023 meeting. Member comments: Stump gave updates about the Friends’ upcoming fundraisers.
