Lois Wagner Memorial Library Board of Trustees Meeting (Approved) Monday, January 8th, 2024, 5:30 p.m. Present: Kiel, Maksymiuk, O’Neill, Robson, Stump Librarian: Julianne Kammer Absent: None Call to order: at 5:34 p.m. by Chairperson Maksymiuk Approval of agenda: Motion by Stump to approve January 2024 Agenda; all yes, motion carried. Public comments: None Approval of minutes: Motion by Kiel to approve December 2023 Minutes; all yes, motion carried. Memorial/Gifts: On file. Financial Report: Revenue & Expenditure Report: On file. Library Funds Received & Spent: On file. Chairperson report: None Librarian report: On file Unfinished Business: None 2024/2025 FY The library’s existing fines and fees were discussed in preparation for the completion of the 2024/2025 Budget. New Business: Joint Meeting with City Council The group decided to select February 19th to meet with City Council at 5:30 p.m. before the Council’s 7 p.m. meeting. This will push back our regularly scheduled meeting from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Notices will be posted in the Library as well as on the website regarding the change in time.
