All yeas Motion passes APPROVAL OF MINUTES Motion by Reindel, supported by Yelencich, to approve the minutes from September 22, 2021. All yeas Motion passes APPROVAL OF BILLS Motion by LaFore, supported by Garant, to approve the Payroll Expenses for September 10th through October 20th, 2021, in the amount of $5,340.64. All yeas Motion passes Motion by Reindel, supported by Weinert, to approve the Schedule of Bills for September 16th through October 20th, 2021, in the amount of $37,153.08. All yeas Motion passes CORRESPONDENCE Revenue and Expense Report for September 2021 City Council Meeting Minutes of September 7, 2021 City Council Meeting Minutes of September 20, 2021 City Council Meeting Minutes of October 4, 2021 Receive and File the correspondence as presented. TIFA: 10/27/2021 Page 1 of 3  APPROVED 11/23/2021 PUBLIC COMMENTS None. ADOPTION OF AGENDA The Agenda was adopted as presented. ITEMS FOR CONSIDERATION 1. Update on Lighting Project Director Moore presented the Authority with an updated listing of the businesses that have signed the agreement for the lighting. We are still trying to get in touch with Dan’s Excavating for a cost and an installation date for the lights. We may have to contact another company if we don’t receive a response from Dan’s by Tuesday. The Authority requested that the Director receive quotes from several companies for the lighting. 2. Update on Aud Director Moore informed the Authority that we have signed the purchase agreement between the City of Richmond and Richmond Community Schools. The title work and closing documents will take 3-4 weeks. We should be closing around mid to late November. The Authority was presented with the proposal that the City submitted to the Schools. One we have worked through the purchasing process, and have the keys, administration will be scheduling walk-throughs with certain city boards to begin to develop plans to move forward both with facility maintenance and programming. 3. Approval of 2022 Meeting Schedule Motion by Reindel, seconded by Yelencich, to adopt the 2022 TIFA Meeting Schedule as presented. All yeas Motion passes MISCELLANEOUS MATTER FROM THE DIRECTOR - Trick or Treating on Sunday, October 31st from 6-8 pm - No Tricks only Treats at the Fire Hall on October 31st from 6-8 pm CHAIRMAN AND AUTHORITY MEMBERS None.
