All yeas Motion passes APPROVAL OF BILLS Motion by Reindel, seconded by Ball, to approve the Payroll Expenses for March 9, 2024 through April 9, 2024 in the amount of $4,450.08 All yeas Motion passes Motion by Reindel, seconded by Weinert, to approve the Schedule of Bills for March 5, 2024 through April 9, 2024 in the amount of $16,425.57. All yeas Motion passes CORRESPONDENCE Revenue and Expense Report for March, 2024 City Council Minutes for the March 18, 2024 Regular Meeting City Council Minutes for the March 11, 2024 Special Meeting City Council Minutes for the March 4, 2024 Regular Meeting Received and filed the correspondence as presented. Consideration of Richmond Youth Football Cheer Request – Shed The proposed shed is not located within the TIFA District, however the consensus is in support of contributing towards a portion of the purchase as the events held by the Richmond Youth Football and Cheer Organization draws people into the TIFA District who then support the businesses. Motion by Reindel, seconded by Yelencich, to table the purchase of the metal shed until further information is acquired from the applicant, the Richmond Youth Football and Cheer Organization. Discussion on motion: Administration will contact the Richmond Youth Football and Cheer Vice-President, Steve Schlehuber and request his attendance at the next TIFA meeting in order to acquire further information pertaining to this request. All yeas Motion passes 2. Consideration of the purchase of Farm Market Banners Motion by Reindel, seconded by LaFore, to authorize the expense of $600 plus shipping for the purchase of ten Farmer’s Market banners from Bronner’s to go on the street poles utilizing the banner arms from Monroe Street to Water Street. All yeas Motion passes MISCELLANEOUS MATTER FROM THE DIRECTOR Material for the street lights have been shipped to the subcontractor and will be installed once the material arrive. CHAIRMAN AND AUTHORITY MEMBERS Ball inquired about the replacement of the old steel in the DPW building Yelencich requested an update on any plans to repave/patch the parking lot between the Fire Department and the Methodist Church. Reindel asked Administration about the timeline of purchasing the new picnic tables.
