Special City Council Meeting

Special City Council Meeting March 18, 2024 A special Riverdale City Council meeting of March 18, 2024 was called to order at 12:30 PM by Mayor Taylor. Present: Alex Taylor, Garth Zimbelman, Mike Dirk, Dick Cheatley and Auditor Del Kolke Absent: Dave Fryda Cheatley moved to approve water treatment facility valve quote from Morin Process Equipment in the amount of $21,714 and up to $20,000 for associated labor costs. Dirk seconded. Motion carried. Zimbelman moved for the City of Riverdale to affirm to North Dakota Public Employees Retirement System that the City of Riverdale is formed pursuant to NDCC and is neither a non- profit corporation nor a for-profit corporation, to join NDPERS Defined Benefit Retirement Plan and the NDPERS Deferred Compensation Plan and offer the plan to all eligible employees of the City of Riverdale effective April 1, 2024. Cheatley seconded. Roll Call: Zimbelman aye, Dirk aye, Cheatley aye. Motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 12:50 PM.
