Pursuant to the City Council Meeting Rules adopted by Resolution No. 22796, the
Members of the City Council and the public are reminded that they must preserve order

public are advised that any delay or disruption in the proceedings or a refusal to obey the
orders of the City Council or the presiding officer constitutes a violation of these rules.

Municipal Code by adding Chapter 19.342 regarding marijuana cultivation,
updating the Table of Contents, Article V, Base Zones and related use and
development provisions, and Article X - Definitions - Amend Fees and Charges
Resolution establishing license and fee for marijuana cultivation, pursuant to
Chapter 19.342 - Determine project is categorically exempt from provisions of
California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to Sections 15060(c)(2) and/or
