CONSIDERATION OF APPLICATIONS FOR CERTIFICATES OF APPROPRIATNESS 774-20; 300-308 Broad Street Between the Rivers Historic District Request: Installation of exterior screen door on balconies. 775-20; 705 River Avenue Oakdene Place Historic District Request: Exterior alteration to include changes to existing masonry, windows, and doors. III. OLD BUSINESS & STAFF UPDATES: 1. Approval of Minutes from May 2020 2. Grace – Guideline Update 3. New Members to be appointed at July 13th Rome City Commission meeting.
