Motion to approve Ordinance No. 2023-12-11, an Ordinance exercising the Village of Rosemont’s Home Rule to pre-empt and reject the applicability of the Transportation Benefits Act (Public Act 103-0291) to the Village of Rosemont’s employees. 4. Motion to approve Ordinance No. 2023-12-11A, an Ordinance amending Section 3-8-2 of the Village’s Code of Ordinances to amend the amusement tax rate. 5. Motion to approve Ordinance No. 2023-12-11B, an Ordinance amending Article A of Chapter 6, Title 3 of the Village’s Code of Ordinances titled “Parking Lot and Garage Opera- tions Taxes.” 6. Motion to approve a one-year contract for 2024 with Paramedic Billing Services, Inc. for the billing and collection of amounts due for Ambulance and Fire Services.
