Minutes of the Cemetery Board Meeting Tuesday, October 18, 2022 REGULAR MEETING 4:00 P.M A. Call to Order President, Jack Ferguson, called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m. B. Roll Call Committee members present: Jack Ferguson, Jeremy Hurley, Danny Fulkerson, and Jake Trujillo with Vice President Jim Bloodhart being absent. Staff Present: Ruben Esquivel, Cemetery Superintendent and Daisy Diaz, Cemetery Administrative Assistant. Others Present: (None) C. Approval of Agenda Mr. Jeremy Hurley moved to approve the agenda as presented. Mr. Jake Trujillo seconded. A voice vote was as follows: Jeremy Hurley-yes, Jake Trujillo-yes, Danny Fulkerson-yes and the motion to approve the agenda for October 18, 2022 passed 3-0 with vice president Jim Bloodhart being absent. D. Approval of Minutes Mr. Danny Fulkerson moved to approve the minutes as presented. Mr. Jeremy Hurley seconded. A voice vote was as follows: Danny Fulkerson-yes, Jeremy Hurley-yes, Jake Trujillo-yes and the motion to approve the minutes from September 20, 2022 passed 3-0 with vice president Jim Bloodhart being absent. E. Non-Action Items 4. Sexton’s Report- Superintendent Ruben Esquivel reported 36 services for September, 19 funerals had taken place as of October 18, 2022. 5. Bookkeeper’s Report- Mrs. Diaz reported one lot sale, one contract, and one pay off for September. As of October 18, 2022 3 lot sales and one pay off. F. Public Comments (None) G.
