(Stubbs/Stark) BACKGROUND: Initiated by: Mark Bleth The FAA has leased 1776B at ROW since October, 1996 and wishes to extend to September 30, 2023. FINANCIAL CONSIDERATION The Government shall pay $4,464 per annum at a monthly rate of $372. LEGAL REVIEW: Not applicable. BOARD AND COMMITTEE ACTION: Not sent to committee based on timeline of when federal fiscal year end of September 30, 2019. STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends renewal.
