CALL MEETING TO ORDER The Round Rock City Council met in a work session on September 12, 2023, in the Council Chambers located at 221 E. Main Street. Mayor Morgan called the meeting to order at 7:30 AM. B. CITIZEN COMMUNICATION There were no citizens wishing to speak. D. STAFF BRIEFING: D.1 Consider staff briefings and Council member discussion and/or questions regarding items on the agenda for the September 14, 2023 City Council meeting. Staff made presentations and answered Council's questions on each item. E. PRESENTATIONS/DISCUSSIONS: E.1 Consider a presentation and discussion regarding the budget. Melana Taylor, Assistant CFO was available for questions. Council did not have any questions.
