Arkansas Dept. of Aeronautics Grant Update Bob Chatman – Finished Crack Sealing, Taxiway G needs one small correction for water retention before acceptance. 2. CIP update for FY 20 ’ – Overlay is scheduled in 2019. 3. Possible changes to CIP to use AIP funds for Hangar Development and ADA funds for paving projects. - New hangar could be added later, but banking of funds would take 4 years. 4. Late Agenda Item: Mark Mobley Lease Proposal for Hangar 10 East (Laseter Hangar) - Lease proposal accepted by the commission. NEW BUSINESS: Flight School Presentation- Ed Ingold – Mr. Ingold presented a Business Plan for “ Rotor to Airlines Taining ” which would provide transition training for helicopter pilots leaving Military Service to transition to Commercial Airline Pilots. The business would provide Flight Training, Aircraft Maintenance, and Aircraft Rental. MISCELLANEOUS: : Bob Chapman submitted a copy of the NPIAS Airport Document showing the status of Operations of Arkansas Airports. MEETING ADJOURNED : _____7:00______ PM__ 2
