Total Fuel Volume in April 2019- 7443 gallons
Self Service Statistics April 2019: 642 gallons 61 sales,35.17% of AVGAS Volume,
8.63% of Total Volume, Average 10.53 gallons per sale
End of April 2019 YTD Fuel Volume : 24197 gallons which is a
3.17% idecrease compared last April 2018

OLD BUSINESS
1. AIP Grant FY-19 Update- Bob Chatman – Job Advertised. Bids will be read
on 5-29-2019. Several Contractors have expressed interest in the work.
2. Website redesign (City) – Meeting held, preliminary planning continuing.
3. Discussion to start the process for making an ADA application for a grant to
build new hangars. ( Size and Quan tity ) – 4 people currently on the waiting
list. According to Chapman the State has funded 1 or 2 hangars recently.
Funds are short. If funding becomes available $315,000 would be the
upper limit.This amount would not cover the paving requirements. City
Matching would be $60,000 to $80,000
NEW BUSINESS:
1. Draft for Landside Development Proposal sent out. The proposal will be
submitted to the Mayor this week.
MISCELLANEOUS: : Fly-In June 22 11am-2 pm Food and Music – Music Fly-in.
Rockin the Runway 3 scheduled for September 1, 2019.
