A Public Hearing requesting a two-foot variance from the required 25 feet setback line on Lots 4, 5, 7, 8, 12, 19, 20, and 24 in the West End village Addition to the City of Russellville, submitted Dave Garza of Barrett & Associates on behalf of Craig Jeup. (BOA 13.12.3603)  BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MINUTES December 16, 2013 The Russellville Board of Adjustment met in its Regular Meeting, Monday, December 16, 2013, at 5:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers. Members Present: Chairman Blake Tarpley, Secretary Aldona Standridge, and Jim Davenport, Jimmy Sims, and Dusty Bonds. Members Absent: None Visitors/Officials Present: City Planner David Harris, Jim Lynch/City Corp, Fire Marshall Richard Setian, Planning Assistant Lequitta Jones, Mayor Bill Eaton, Building Official Brian Holstein. WELCOME VISITORS The First Order of Business was to review and approve the minutes of the November 25, 2013, Regular Meeting. Member Sims made the motion to approve the minutes as written. The motion was seconded by Member Bonds and passed unanimously. The Second Order of Business was a Public Hearing requesting a two-foot variance from the required 25 feet setback line on Lots 4, 5, 7, 8, 12, 19, 20, and 24 in the West End village Addition to the City of Russellville, submitted Dave Garza of Barrett & Associates on behalf of Craig Jeup. (BOA 13.12.3603) Dave Garza requested that this item to be tabled due to property owners had not been notified. Member Sims made the motion to approve tabling this item until January.
