5:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall.

1. Review and approve the minutes of the December 16, 2013 Regular Meeting.
2. A Public Hearing requesting a two-foot variance from the required 25 feet setback
line on Lots 4, 5, 7, 8, 12, 19, 20, and 24 in the West End village Addition to the City
of Russellville, submitted Dave Garza of Barrett & Associates on behalf of Craig
